This is a beautiful 2005 "Year of the Veterans" Canadian 25-cent piece in Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) condition — never circulated, with full original mint lustre intact.
The "P" mint mark indicates this coin was struck at the Royal Canadian Mint's Winnipeg facility. Issued as part of Canada Post's special commemorative series honouring the 60th anniversary of the end of World War II, this quarter features a moving design by Cosme Saffioti depicting a veteran and a young person, symbolizing the passing of memory between generations.
