Offered here are two iconic Canadian silver dollars from the mid-1940s:
1945 Silver Dollar – Certified by PCGS as AU Details (Cleaned). This coin shows strong detail with light circulation wear.
Despite the noted cleaning, much of the original design remains visible, including the voyageur and canoe motif.
1946 Silver Dollar – Certified by PCGS as AU Details (Harshly Cleaned). The coin retains a sharp strike and detail,
though the cleaning has affected the natural surface appearance. Still, it remains a scarce issue and an affordable way to acquire a certified example.
Both coins are struck in 80% silver, representing Canada’s rich numismatic history. These are harder-to-find dates and make
excellent additions for collectors seeking certified examples at accessible prices.
